A beautiful selection of washi notepads from Washi Oue in Japan. These were remnants of passed notepads they made.

White Washi

White has long been said to indicate cleanliness.
Beautiful white, slightly uneven white, mottled white. This notepad includes a selection of beautifully textured white Japanese washi.

A manufacturer that continues to make Japanese paper in Gifu Prefecture is making a brand called "Pansion".
Although it can be printed and processed for general purposes, we intend to retain the texture of handmade Japanese paper.
According to the concept, it is useful for situations where you want to take advantage of the texture of Japanese paper while being easy to use.

Decorative Washi

The virtue of the Japanese is "a wasteful spirit."
The mulberry bark, which had to be thrown away in the process of making washi, was put in the paper and mixed.
From ancient times, it seems that cheap paper such as wrapping paper was covered by such leather-filled paper.
From such a spirit, the inclusions as a design remains as a feature of Japanese paper even in modern times.
