Domestic Shipping Policy (UAE)
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by up to one additional week. Please allow extra time for delivery in these instances. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You will also receive email notifications for any updates regarding your shipment status.
Damages
Softlystudio.ae is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in finding a suitable solution.
International Shipping Policy
At this time, international shipping is available by request only. If you wish to place an international order, please contact us and we will assist you in finding the best available shipping rates for your country. A custom order can then be created for you.
We are actively working on securing better international shipping rates and hope to reintroduce standard international checkout options in the future.
GCC Shipping
For GCC countries, all orders are shipped via express delivery.

Softlystudio.ae is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to international orders. Any charges imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
